UNIT 1 - GOD RULES OVER CREATION
God created the universe out of nothing. The eternal God rules over His creation. Everything was created to give glory to God the Father through His Son, Jesus, but people chose to reject God’s good plan. The whole Bible reveals how Jesus came to restore the relationship between God and humanity.

dedication
At Dogwood Kids, we believe in partnering with parents to nurture a child’s faith. Just as Ephesians 6:4 encourages, we’re committed to working alongside you to raise your child in a loving, Christ-centered home.
Child dedication is a special moment reserved for Dogwood members as we partner together to pray for your child’s spiritual development. Together, we’ll support and guide your child towards a personal relationship with Jesus.
If you are not yet a member, you can register for an upcoming BELONG class.
decision!
A child’s curiosity about God is a precious gift. It is a sign that he or she is beginning to develop a relationship with Him. The Holy Spirit gently guides young hearts as they explore their faith. Every child is different and will develop their relationship with God at their own pace. There is no right or wrong age for a child to have a "big event" in their relationship with God. Contact us to learn more about how to guide your child through this best decision ever!
baptism
The ultimate goal of Dogwood Kids ministry is to lead your child to a life-changing relationship with Jesus. If your child expresses an interest in accepting Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, and wants to be baptized, please email us. One of our children’s ministry leaders will sit down with your child to confirm that they understand what it means to follow Jesus, turn away from sin and have already committed to living for Him.
